From 2-faced lines (although other positions are possible):

* The Center 2 dancers Trade while the End two dancers Cross Fold;
   all dancers then extend to (mini) waves

* (This feels rather like the end dancer is following the nearest center dancer)

This is the most used starting position but others are possible.
